Common Issues

Armada panel not loading

Symptoms: Panel shows loading spinner indefinitely

Solutions:

1. Hard refresh the page (Cmd+Shift+R / Ctrl+Shift+R)
2. Clear browser cache
3. Check if other Forge apps are working
4. Contact support if issue persists

”Permission denied” when launching

Symptoms: Launch fails with permission error

Solutions:

1. Verify you have “Create Issues” permission in target projects
2. Run Fleet Health Check to validate access
3. Ask your Jira admin to grant necessary permissions

Child issues not created

Symptoms: Launch appears successful but no issues created

Solutions:

1. Check the parent issue for error comments
2. Verify target projects exist and are accessible
3. Check Jira audit log for API errors

Status not updating

Symptoms: Dashboard shows stale status

Solutions:

1. Click “Refresh” to force status update
2. Verify child issues still exist
3. Check if Jira is experiencing issues

Nudge comments not appearing

Symptoms: Nudge action completes but no comments

Solutions:

1. Check if you have “Add Comments” permission
2. Verify the target issues aren’t locked
3. Check Jira notifications for errors
